All Heartland harps come with a full 10-year warranty. The harps are built to take anything that comes at them in the normal course of playing, from extremes in humidity to even getting rained on. The carbon fiber material itself is impervious to almost anything, but it is still a relatively new material for harps. We’ve had very few problems with the carbon harps, and really, none with our current production methods. And the gold plated hardware helps the harps resist tarnish and hold up to any moisture problems, including salt air.
Any problems that should arise, though, are dealt with promptly and directly, not put in with the normal schedule of building. We try to treat our customers the way we’d like to be treated.
