All Heartland harps (except the Dreamweaver) come with a full ten year warranty. The Dreamweaver comes with a full three-year warranty. The harps are built to take anything that comes at them in the normal course of playing, from extremes in humidity to even getting (lightly) rained on. Wood is a natural material, though, and isn't always as predictable as we'd all like it to be. Any problems are dealt with promptly and directly, not put in with the normal schedule of building. We try to treat our customers the way we'd like to be treated.
