To order your harp, a 10% non-refundable down payment holds your place in line. At that point we'll send
you a receipt and an order confirmation with all the details of your new harp, including the projected start date
and delivery date. We'll need payment for 1/2 of the purchase price when we start building your harp (about a
month before the delivery date), and full payment prior to shipping. Ordering times vary - call us for current delivery dates.
We have financing available, so you don't have to wait while you save up, but can order now!
If you know that you would like a harp, but are still unsure about the details such as wood choice or artwork,
you can place your order, reserving your space, and work out the details with us in the interim.
You can make any of your payments by Mastercard or VISA, or you can send your check to Heartland Harps,
4370 Old US 25, Zirconia, NC 28790.
The Serenity is shipped via US Mail in the continental US, and the larger harps go by FedEx, all delivered right
to your door. They're all fully insured and they go in boxes made specifically for each instrument, so you can be
sure that your pride and joy will arrive in good shape, needing only some minor tuning to bring it to life!
